When does my order ship?

All orders ship within 24 hours of your order being placed. Sunday is not a business day so any order placed on the weekend, ships first thing Monday.

 

What is the return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for any unworn and unused merchandise still in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, we must receive the return within 10 calendar days of original delivery date. Kindly note that you are responsible for all associated shipping charges.

For a smooth process, please email us the tracking number once you have shipped the item back to us. Please be aware that all clearance jewelry is final sale.

What is jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is plated with 18k gold. We work with base medals that include stainless steel and brass.

 

Can I wet my jewelry?

We recommend to keep Golden Gilt jewelry dry to preserve the polish and plating. Use the pouch that comes with your jewelry to store it when not in use.

 

Is there any warranty?

Jewelry that you purchase from Golden Gilt or any of our authorized retailers is covered under a 60 day limited warranty with a proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost. We reserve the right to not approve warranty claims due to negligence. Warranty claims are to be made only for the same exact piece if available.
